Aisha S. Brathwaite

Aisha S. Brathwaite, SHRM-SCP is a transformative Human Resources executive with extensive experience across both for-profit and non-profit sectors. In her role as Vice President of People and Culture at Maternity Care Coalition (MCC), she leads HR operations with a focus on creating an inclusive, equitable, and supportive environment for all employees. Her strategic initiatives drive people engagement, foster diversity and belonging, and ensure staff members have a positive, meaningful work experience. Aisha is known for implementing technology-driven HR processes that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on compliance.

Previously, as Chief Human Resources Officer, Aisha developed and executed HR strategies to streamline operations, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliance through rigorous audits. She is deeply committed to cultivating a people-first culture that empowers employees to thrive and aligns with MCC's brand as an employer dedicated to promoting both personal and professional growth for its staff. 

Aisha holds a B.A. in Political Science from Stockton University and a Master of Administrative Science with a concentration in Human Resources Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP).  Aisha resides in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, with her family.
