MOMobile® Health and Parenting Education Groups: Family Mental Health and Wellness
Classes start in November, and virtual and in-person options are available!
Maternity Care Coalition’s Healthy Start program offers community parenting groups for those who are planning to become pregnant, are currently pregnant, or have a child under the age of three.
Family Mental Health and Wellness groups are a supportive and interactive experience focused on enhancing family mental health and well-being. Parents will learn the characteristics of a healthy relationship, stress management, and building community and resiliency. This group offers a safe space where your voice will be heard and respected.
This 4-week course includes four sessions:
- Session 1: Healthy Interpersonal Relationships
- Session 2: Mental Health and Wellness
- Session 3: Mental Health Before, During, and After Pregnancy
- Session 4: Understanding the Impact of Trauma
Parents and caregivers can receive a $75 gift card upon completion of all four classes or a $15 gift card per session.
