This family-friendly, community cookout is free to attend and will promote, protect and uplift Black Breastfeeding.
Philly's 7th annual BBQ4BAE (Beautiful Black Queens 4 Breastfeeding Awareness & Empowerment), a family-friendly, community cookout to celebrate Black Breastfeeding Week with families and lactation supporters throughout the city of Philadelphia.
BBQ4BAE also addresses perinatal mental health; a key component of perinatal health that is often treated separately and left unaddressed by existing breastfeeding support models.
