MOMobile® Health and Parenting Education Groups: Pregnancy and Birthing
Our program promotes healthy pregnancies, positive parenting, chest/breastfeeding, and overall family health and well-being.
Our Healthy Start Pregnancy and Birthing groups are geared towards pregnant people and expecting families to support them with key information regarding pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.
This 4-week course includes four sessions:
- Session 1: Attachment and Bonding
- Session 2: Pregnancy and the Developing Baby
- Session 3: Healthy Pregnancy, Healthy Baby
- Session 4: The Baby is Coming Home...Get Ready!
Parents and caregivers can receive a $100 gift card upon completion of all six classes or a $15 gift card per session.
