MOMobile® Health and Parenting Education Groups: Bonding with Baby
Our Healthy Start Bonding with Baby group helps parents establish a close, nurturing bond with their infant while offering self-care and advocacy tips
This 6-week course includes six sessions:
- Session 1: Attachment and Bonding
- Session 2: My Child’s Journey of Development
- Session 3: Safe Sleep Practices for Babies and Toddlers
- Session 4: Nutrition (Chest/Breastfeeding, First Foods for Infants)
- Session 5: Managing Stress Overload and Self-Care
- Session 6: Support Networks, Father Involvement, and Community Resources
Refreshments will be available during sessions, and 2-day trip transit passes will be provided as needed.
Parents and caregivers receive a $100 gift card upon completion of all six classes or a $15 gift card per session.
Children 3 and younger can attend. A play space will be provided.
