For women with limited resources and chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension, having a baby can be both joyous and perilous. Our newest program, Safe Start MOMobile, helps pregnant women receive the critical medical care and social services they need to reduce their risk of poor or catastrophic outcomes during pregnancy. The program is funded by Merck for Mothers.
