“Strong families can and will change the world. I am honored to lead an organization committed to empowerment and equity for all women, children and families.” -Marianne Fray
Maternity Care Coalition is pleased to announce our new CEO, Marianne Fray, MBA, CAE. Marianne joined Maternity Care Coalition in 2017 as the Vice President of External Affairs following a multifaceted career with progressive leadership positions in multiple industries. Most recently, Marianne was Senior Director and Head of Global Corporate Development with Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA).
Maternity Care Coalition is excited to have Marianne step up into this role to take the organization into the future, especially with the implementation of the newly approved strategic plan. This plan will be publicly released in the coming weeks. Towards the end of the summer, Marianne will host a Town Hall tour to provide staff and communities MCC serves the opportunity to interface with our new leader.
I had the pleasure of interviewing Marianne just days after the announcement was made internally. As the Communications Coordinator for the organization, I am thrilled to share my experience learning more about our new CEO and the journey she took to this point in her career. Marianne is a fearless, driven and brilliant wife and mother of three, whom I am excited to see take our organization into the future. On behalf of your staff, congratulations Marianne!
