John George of the Philadelphia Business Journal  launched a series called “Labor Pains” where he examines the state of maternity services in Philadelphia as part of a year long program from the Association of Healthcare Journalists. Maternity Care Coalition provided background information and interviews to help inform the issues surrounding childbirth in our region.
