Parent Engagement Associate
The Parent Engagement Associate (PEA)/EHS Advocate II works directly with families receiving EHS services. The PEA/ Advocate II assists in the recruitment and enrollment of pregnant women and families with very young children into the EHS program. This position also supports and assists families as they identify and meet their own goals through Family Partnership Agreements. This position will provide direct services to clients, identify client needs, and direct them to needed services. This position will also document client activity per established procedures.
We seek a motivated individual who is knowledgeable about community resources, and has strong written and verbal skills. Bachelor’s degree in human service or related field, or background in case management; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Bilingual required. Candidates should also be self-directed and flexible and have good record keeping and organizational skills, experience helping families set and achieve goals and the ability to work well in groups.

EHS Mental Health Site Coordinator | Norristown
Maternity Care Coalition is seeking a Mental Health/Site Coordinator for its Norristown Early Head Start program. The Coordinator will be responsible for oversight of the Norristown home-based and prenatal program options and provide supervision to home visitors.
